Really interesting shot. The central composition works here. I agree that the guy on the right detracts from the main subject. I think you might be able to bump the highlights up a bit, since your lights are pretty dark (if that makes sense). Overall intreguing shot. Nice work

I think the thing that disturbs me a bit is that the end of the tunnel and the woman are both in the center of the picture.

I like it the way it is.!!!!....to me the 2 persons are about to meet again or about to say goodbye.......So the other person is not distracting at all!!
That what makes the picture different...is a moment on time of two people who love each other....and I can feel the tension and suspense!

ou.! a very nice and even more interesting shot.
mixed feelings about the man on the right (i guess it's a man) ...
one the one hand the concept worked out very well if he wasn't there.
on the other i agree completely with calos. produces a very nice tension and adds another story element to the shot.
sepia works gorgeous here and the rails (they look unuseable) couldn't be any better!


edit: shit! what a capture...*phew*
btw: the tighter cropping produces much more tension between the two characters than the one of the additional download imo.

I must say this is intriguing and excellent. I love the person on the right. all very mysterious. great B&W too.

I didn't even comment at when seeing this one...
Giving it a second view I do agree with Carlos (Madanapale) on his second comment. It all works perfectly well together in a special harmony. The woman, the man and their placement and the backlight makes a very interesting mood. The normal rules do not play here!
